At Aintree, we provide a wide range of services to meet our staff and visitors’ needs.
Restaurant
The restaurant is located on the ground floor near to the Aintree Lodge entrance of the hospital. Opening hours are from 9.30am to 2.15pm Monday to Friday. The restaurant offers a range of meals and hot and cold and refreshments. Card payments are accepted.
The Bistro
The Bistro is located opposite the main restaurant near to the Aintree Lodge entrance. Opening hours are 7.30am to 8.30pm Monday to Friday and 8.00am to 7.30pm at weekends. The Bistro serves Costa Coffee and offers a wide range of beverages and hot and cold meals and snacks. Card payments are accepted.
Fresh
Fresh sells smoothies, salads and healthy wraps, is located near to the main entrance of the hospital. Opening hours 8.30am to 5.45pm Monday to Friday.
Tower Block Shop
The shop located near to the main entrance of the hospital and offers a wide selection of items including newspapers, magazines, confectionary and snacks, beverages, gifts and toiletries. Opening hours are 7.30am to 8.30pm Monday to Friday and 9.00am to 7.00pm at weekends.
The Tower Block Coffee Shop
Serving Starbucks, the Coffee Shop is located by the main entrance and also serves a range of range of cakes, sandwiches, toasties/barm cakes, snacks. Hot & cold drinks. The Coffee shop is open Monday to Friday 7.30 am to 8.00pm and Saturday & Sunday 9.30am to 7.30 pm
Elective Care Centre coffee shop
Inside the Elective Care Centre, the café serves Starbucks and offers a range of toasties, light snacks, cakes, sandwiches, confectionary and crisps, hot and cold drinks, newspapers, magazines and gifts. Open Monday to Friday 7 am to 5 pm.
Out of hours, there are vending machines offering snacks and drinks throughout the hospital.
Wheelchairs
Coin operated Wheelchairs are available for patients to use and located at main reception, multi storey and Aintree Lodge entrances.

Cash Machine
Cash machines are located at the main reception and Aintree Lodge entrance. There is no charge to use this service.
Cash Office
The cashiers office is open to members of the public who are eligible for refunds for their travel between 8.30am and 5pm Monday to Friday. The cashiers office is located behind the Aintree Lodge reception of the main hospital building.

Our Chaplaincy team is committed to providing spiritual, pastoral and religious care to patients, their families and staff.
