The Trust’s Family Liaison Service helps patients and their families keep in touch.

The team is supporting our patients, relatives and carers by providing updates on what’s going on in our hospitals, and sharing messages to and from patients on our wards.

The service is available Monday to Friday, 8.30am-5pm and Saturday and Sunday, 9am-3pm.

There are two ways you can send a message. OPTION ONE, is to send or relay your words to the team via phone or email as per below.

OPTION TWO, is to use one of our templates below to send your message. Simply download the template, add your message and email to the applicable email address above.

If you wish to send a message to a member of staff to thank them for their efforts in caring for you or your loved one during the COVID-19 pandemic, again you can email or relay your words directly to the team, or use and email the staff thank you template below.
